Warranty Coverage
We offer a 60-day limited warranty from the date of purchase on all Drench products. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions.
If your product is found to be defective during this period, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow usage instructions.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
Warranty Registration
Each Drench product includes instructions inside the packaging on how to register for our warranty program. Registration helps us provide you with the fastest possible support if a claim is ever needed.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at info@drenchbrand.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and may request additional details.
- If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item (if required) and arrange a replacement or refund.
Limitations
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required to validate all claims.
- Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original 60-day warranty period.
