    Refund & Returns Policy

    At Drench, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


    7-Day Return Window

    You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a refund or exchange. After 7 days, we’re unable to process returns — but we’re always happy to help troubleshoot if you run into an issue.

    Eligibility for Returns

    To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

    • It must be returned in its original packaging.

    • receipt or proof of purchase is required.


    When Only Partial Refunds May Apply

    We may issue a partial refund if:

    • The item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.

    • The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

    • The item was purchased on sale (only regular-priced items are refundable).


    Refunds Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm. You’ll also be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

    • If denied, we’ll explain why and provide next steps.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Double-check your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for refunds to post.

    3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

    If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@drenchbrand.com and we’ll be happy to look into it.


    Exchanges

    We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email info@drenchbrand.com and we’ll walk you through the process.


    Gifts

    • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, we’ll issue a gift certificate.

    • If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent directly to the original purchaser.


    Shipping Returns

    • Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

    • Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanges may vary.

    • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
