Refunds & Returns

• Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from receipt of your order. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

• To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

• Sale items are non-refundable.

• Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

By purchasing from Drench™, you acknowledge that our products are designed for waterproof protection under normal use, but Drench™ is not responsible for damage to your belongings if the product is not used as instructed.

Each bag includes instructions on how to properly test and seal your bag before first use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the zipper or seal is fully closed before submerging.
